Product Overview
The drum stone washing machine mainly consists of a drum device, a support device, a transmission device, and a feeding and discharging device. The stone to be cleaned is fed into the inclined installation drum through the feeding device. The drum rotates slowly around its own axis under the drive of the motor through the transmission device. During the rotation of the drum, the stones are constantly lifted, dropped, and rolled inside the drum. There are certain lifting plates or cutting plates inside the cylinder to further strengthen the mixing and flipping of stone materials. At the same time, water continuously flows into the drum to flush the stones. Under the combined action of gravity, friction, and water flow, the soil, impurities, and dust on the surface of the stone are gradually washed away. The cleaned stone is discharged from the discharge port at the other end of the drum, completing the entire stone washing process.
